Shipping policy

Order processing - 

All orders are processed within 1 working day after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Shipping will take place Monday - Saturday with the same day shipping cut off at 2PM. Any orders made on a Saturday after 2PM will be shipped the following Monday. Orders will not be shipped on public holidays. Orders may be shipped outside of these hours on occasion. 

Shipping locations - 

We currently only ship within the UK. We aim to imminently expand our shipping options, however if you have a specific request please email us and we will do our best to assist and make it possible for you. 

Shipping rates - 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based off the value of the order. Orders over £150 will automatically receive FREE next day shipping, any other items will incur a shipping charge. Orders of the value of £0-74.99 will incur a £3.95 shipping fee and will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Orders between £75-150 will incur a £10.75 shipping fee and will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm service. 

Delivery times - 

Estimated delivery (from dispatch) is one working day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, or peak periods. Chase Vintage are not responsible for delivery delays. 

Track your order - 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/ phone number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Packaging - 

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Packaging includes, bubble wrap, strong cardboard boxes and shipping wallets. 

Lost or delayed parcels

Chase Vintage are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customers. If the parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue. 

Packaging security

At Chase Vintage, we take extra care to ensure every order is accurately prepared and securely dispatched.

All orders are carefully documented during the packing and shipping process. This may include recorded evidence of the item’s condition, packaging, and dispatch to help ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

This process is in place to protect both our customers and our business, providing full transparency and confidence that each item is shipped exactly as described.

In the unlikely event of any issue with your order, this documentation allows us to investigate and resolve matters quickly and fairly.

Incorrect address - 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
