Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with all extras that were included with the item (if applicable).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over £150. If the buyer chooses to return an item, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and this will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fee is £4.95 for orders the value of £74.99 and under. Return shipping fee is £10.75 for all orders valued over £75. Please note that the original shipping cost incurred by us will also be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Orders

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

Due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, customs, and duties, we are unable to process returns for overseas orders. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and images before completing their purchase. Should you have any queries about an item, please contact us before your purchase. 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives:

  • Incorrect

  • Not as described

  • Or is found to be inauthentic

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@chasevintage.co.uk, including clear photographic evidence. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly. 

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on international orders unless stated otherwise.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.

By placing an international order, you agree to these terms.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of an item being defective or faulty and a return being approved, Chase Vintage will cover the cost of return. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not currently accept exchanges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@chasevintage.co.uk. As a reminder, the cost of return is the buyers responsibility, this cost will be deducted from the refund.
